ModernFurnitureDubai.com warrants that Supplied Products are free from defects in production and materials. This warranty is valid from the date of delivery, irrespective of shift usage, and is non-transferable. ModernFurnitureDubai.com will fix or replace it with a comparable product free of charge (for materials and components) of any product, part, or component which fails under normal use. If repair or spare is not commercially practicable, ModernFurnitureDubai.com will provide a refund or credit for the affected product. End-User means the final purchaser acquiring a product from ModernFurnitureDubai.com for the purchaser’s own use and not for resale, remarketing, or distribution.

RETURN/REFUND OF PRODUCT:

Orders of goods that are customized as per the customer’s specifications cannot be returned. Stock items can be returned only when it is informed to us on the same day. Also, Some Stock/Non-Stock items are not eligible for a refund depending on the item. The product you return must be in new, unused condition with all its original packaging. New and unused shall mean there are no marks on the items or signs of wear and use. The item shall be returned at the charge of the customer.

Once an order has been placed, it will not in most cases be possible to change/refund the order whatever the reason (ex: mistake, change of mind, etc) if it has entered into the production process. If the client fails to take delivery of any product on any scheduled delivery date, a maximum amount of AED 750/Day storage charge will apply. If duplicate order is placed by mistake or due to any error, should be informed us on the same day to get a refund for the duplicate order.

WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO PRODUCT DEFECTS, DAMAGE, FAILURE, OR LOSS RESULTING FROM:

• Product Alteration or modification.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Failure to apply, install, reconfigure, or maintain products according to written ModernFurnitureDubai.com or manufacturer instructions and guidelines.
• Abuse, misuse, or accident (including, without limitation, use of the product in unsuitable environments or conditions).
• The change of any unauthorized non-ModernFurnitureDubai.com components for use in the place of ModernFurnitureDubai.com components in an integrated product solution, including but not limited to work surfaces, panels, shelves, brackets, leg supports, overhead bins, and other integral components.
